Удаление аккаунта: в приложении откройте Профиль → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Если доступа к приложению нет, используйте внешнюю инструкцию и email-запрос. Подтверждённый email-запрос выполняется в течение 30 дней.
Удаление аккаунта не отменяет активную подписку App Store или Google Play; управлять ею нужно отдельно в настройках соответствующего магазина.
Support / account deletion: email support@formaprime.app. In the app, use Profile → Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, follow the web deletion instructions. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days.
Deleting the account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; manage it separately in the relevant Store settings.
